OpenAthens for Community Cardholders & Guests

Members of the public who have Community library cards, or who visit UBC, may register for a Guest OpenAthens access account at any UBC Library circulation/help desk. Photo ID is required. Those who plan to visit the library regularly may request a personal, reusable login - please indicate your interest when speaking with our staff. Please check current open hours for library branches.

Guest accounts will only allow for access to UBC Library online resources using computers within the Library. Guest accounts do not allow for remote access due to licensing restrictions.
