The strength of evidence found in guidelines varies. Some include a systematic review search, but many don't. Many are published as journal articles, while others can only be found on organizational websites.
An excellent starting point for finding guidelines is TRIP Database. TRIP incorporates many BC and Canadian guidelines, in addition to guidelines from other countries and international associations.
