Pamphlets are a format unique to Special Collections and can encompass many different types of materials from marketing materials (brochures, circulars), literary resources (chapbooks, broadsheets), tearsheets and single serial issues, and other ephemeral publications. Often these materials are not formally published as books or are too delicate to be shelved among larger volumes.
In Okanagan Special Collections we house our pamphlets in acid free envelopes and assign them a pamphlet number starting with OKPAM. Use this prefix to browse through our pamphlet collection to see what you'll discover.
