Archives & Special Collections: Multi-format
You are likely to encounter a greater diversity of item formats in special collection than in a general library collection. In the tabs to the left, you can navigate across some special and non-text formats that are commonly found in Okanagan Special Collections.
Accessing Special Formats
- Audio-visual content is presented to researchers in digitized form, but the original carriers are available for review
- Photographs may be presented either in physical format or digitized format, depending on availability
- Many of our maps are currently with Central Technical Services for cataloguing and occasional conservation. Check back often for updates.
