IMBA Library and Learning Commons

Welcome to the David Lam Library at the UBC Sauder School of Business! This guide is designed to help IMBA students get the most from the library, the learning commons, and their resources and services.

The Library is part of the Canaccord Learning Commons, and is open to all students at the Sauder School of Business. When the Learning Commons is open, you are welcome to stop by for a visit. You can always e-mail us with your questions, or book a research consultation with one of our librarians.

In this guide, you will be able to access our library resources with more ease as it enables you to navigate within specific categories that you are interested in.

MBA alumni have walk-in access to most library databases, with the exception of some financial and market research databases, where the licenses only allow for current students, faculty and staff use. Research help is also available.

Online journal article access is available through EBSCO Academic Search and Business Source Alumni Edition databases.
