With acknowledgement to Hardin Library's CINAHL (OVID) filters, based on work done by Miner Library at the University of Rochester, the Evidence-Based Nursing filters have been "translated" to work in CINAHL (EBSCOhost). The filters are a shortcut to improving search retrieval of research articles dealing with diagnosis, etiology, prognosis, therapy, meta-analysis, and qualitative research.
