I'm thinking about taking up running to maintain my fitness.
I'm reluctant to start running because I've heard so many stories about injuries from running preventing people from continuing to engage in an active lifestyle. However, I've also heard that barefoot running can help prevent some of these common injuries. If I'm going to start running, I'm wondering if I should consider getting into barefoot running.
Is barefoot running less likely to incur injuries than running in running shoes?
