If you are interested in looking for regulations or guides that are from a government site, you may use the site limiter function in a search engine to search within a site. For example, if you are interested in the regulations of setting up a business in Vancouver, you may type:

Business regulations in Vancouver site: bc.ca
The search results will then show you sources that have gc.ca or bc.ca ending in their address. For the United States, you may use site:.gov.
