Annual Reports & Company Filings
Publicly traded companies are required to make certain kinds of information public.
The annual report communicates corporate and financial activities to shareholders. Additional filings, filed with government regulatory bodies, such as Canada's Annual Information Form (AIF) and the U.S.'s 10-K,often disclose even more information about a company's industry, risks, strategy, and future direction.
If a company is public, you can usually find its most recent annual reports and financial information on its website's Investor Relations section. Or, use the sources below to find annual reports and filings.
