AMS Peer Support: One-on-one peer support is available for free to UBC students. Trained Peer Supporters are prepared to talk to you about academic stress, burnout, loneliness, depression, anxiety, substance use, mental health, relationship struggles, sexual violence, LGBTQ2S+ identity, grief and more.
If you self-identify as an Indigenous student, you can access counselling and community resources through the IMHW program.
