Guide Maintenance Tools

Set up a regular schedule to ensure that information is current and links work.

Assets Manager
To delete the links permanently from the system, since removing or deleting an asset from within an individual guide will not remove it from the Assets list.

Viewing Statistics

To view reports of usage statistics for guides and assets:

Click on Statistics on the command bar.

Deletion of Guides & Accounts

Delete unused or test guides
Request removal of accounts when they are finished in their role (students)
