Use the Tableau report to easily locate all guides that you own and edit, as well as their usage statistics
Based on your work with students and instruction this past year, is there anything you know you want to change or update? If so, is there opportunity to collaborate on revising a guide with a subject counterpart on the Vancouver/Okanagan campus, or in another branch where you know there is overlap?
If a guide is no longer being used, it is okay to retire it! You can make it private (the direct link will still work), or unpublished (it will be hidden from public view and search engines)
If you're keeping the guide and simply want to make sure it is in good shape, follow the steps outlined here.
The link checker is a built in feature of LibGuides CMS that allows you to locate broken links. The link checker searches all of the guides you own (not edit) with all publication statuses (including unpublished guides).
LibGuides CMS has a search and replace tool that is only available to Admin users. If you notice that you have many broken links across multiple guides that are all pointing to the same resource, reach out to the LibGuides CMS team and we will help you out! lg@lists.ubc.ca
