Official Journal

The Official Journal (OJ) is the official gazette of the EU and it is published in two series:

  • The L Series consists of treaties, directives, and regulations adopted by the Council and Commission.
  • The C Series is the “Information and Notices” section of the OJ that contains non-binding resolutions and decisions of the various institutions, notices of court decisions, and texts of proposed legislation.
