Note: Conference proceedings are often catalogued by the library as books, since they are typically published in a single volume. The best way to locate them is by searching the conference name in Summon. For example, to find the ICSMGE proceedings you would search "International conference on soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering." Searching for an individual paper within the proceedings may not turn up any results, which is why you need to search by proceedings title.
