Introduction

Point of care or clinical decision support tools synthesize evidence on a particular clinical topic for use in a clinical setting. Each resource differs in its editorial policies, coverage and frequency of updates.

Vancouver notes for internal medicine: high-yield consult guides
Vancouver Notes provides learners with an organized approach to common presentations in internal medicine. CPG Infobase
The CPG Infobase is a database of evidence-based Canadian clinical practice guidelines (CPGs). Maintained by Joule™, a CMA company, it includes approximately 1,200 CPGs developed or endorsed by authoritative medical or health organizations in Canada.
National Guideline Clearinghouse
A public resource for summaries of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines from the US Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
