You may wish to consider submitting your work for publication in a journal. One option is the UBC Medical Journal, which is a student-driven academic journal with a goal to engage students in dialogue in medicine.
Academic posters allow researchers to showcase their research. Free templates are available online, often in the form of a large format PowerPoint slide, or you can use Canva or browse templates in MS Office.
