Learning about issues relevant to Student Services staff is as close as your library.
- UBC Okanagan Library has books and articles to provide you with information on current students issues.
Using this guide:
- Click on the blue tabs above to find titles, call numbers and descriptions of current books in the field.
- The call numbers and book covers are hyperlinked to the library catalogue so you can find the item's availability in print or online.
- To connect to online books, click on the orange tab on the upper right side of the library record. You may be prompted to included your CWL information.
- Journal articles are also included on the second half of the page. They are all full-text online. Click on the blue title and follow the steps to find the PDF version of the article.
- Some books listed are available from UBC Vancouver libraries. The location information is included in the annotation.
Borrowing from UBC Vancouver Libraries:
- More books on these topics are available through the UBC Vancouver libraries.
- Search the catalogue or the Summon search tool to locate items.
- Then order via the Document Delivery service.
- Borrowing from Vancouver is free, and the books arrive within 4 business days.
- You can also request a single chapter from a book that will be sent to you by e-mail.
