Wikipedia Editing Workshop Instructors: Erin Fields & Will Engle
We are starting off Science Literacy Week with a Wikipedia Edit-a-thon focused on adding more content to Wikipedia about Canadian Science and Scientists. In particular, we will focus on improving the content about UBC researchers and alumni.
We are warmly inviting suggestions of UBC scientists - faculty, students, alumni, that we may work on improving their Wikipedia articles (adding citations) or creating articles in Wikipedia. Wikipedia editors use the following criteria to establish notability.

Please bring your own laptop. No prior experience necessary!
