What's going on at Woodward Library?

  • Wikipedia Edit-a-thon
    2016 is the Wikipedia Year of Science! Learn how to edit and create Wikipedia entries on Wednesday 11:00am - 3:00pm.

  • IEEE Lunch & Learn
    Calling all computer science and engineering students! On Thursday 12:00-1:00pm Michael Shapiro will present on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

  • Science Expo
    Drop by Thursday 12:00-3:00pm to see and experience the amazing science at UBC and in our community. There will be robots, 3D printing, biological specimens, button making and much more!

  • Living Library
    On Thursday 1:00-3:00pm you can borrow a living book and learn about each book's inspiring research!

  • Great Reads
    Discover the science books that have inspired UBC Faculty. Better yet, borrow one!

  • Why I love science!
    Tell us or show us what you love about science at the Scientifish, I  Heart Science Felt Board or the Dress-as-a-Scientist photo booth.
