Use Summon to find books on your topic. Start with a broad keyword search.
Subject headings
When you find a good book, take a look at the subject headings as another access point to find more books like it. Eg.:

To browse for books on the shelves, use the call number. Books in Agriculture have call numbers beginning with S .
