Getting Started

There is abundant literature on thinking methods for managers and executives. Critical thinking, design thinking, creativity, divergent thinking, systems thinking and integrative thinking are all models of thinking that relate to corporate innovation, decision-making, strategy and leadership. They are applied to the invention, fabrication and packaging of products, processes and services. For a summary of different types of thinking strategies, please see the "Thinking Strategies" tab at the top of this page.
